El artículo muestra que el escrito de Einstein de 1905, donde formula su teoría de los "cuantos de energía" para la radiación electromagnética, no tenía como objeto fundamental explicar el efecto fotoeléctrico, y que su teoría de los "cuantos de energía" no tuvo como base la formulación de Planck para la radiación del cuerpo negro, como generalmente se cree.

The article shows that the text by Einstein in 1905, where he formulates his theory of the "quantum of energy" for the electromagnetic radiation, didn't have as fundamental object to explain the photoelectric effect, and that his theory of the "quantum of energy" didn't have as base the Planck´s formulation for the radiation of the black body, as it is generally believed.
